Massage oils
The word massage or variations of the word are found throughout the world and commonly mean kneading, touch, feel and handle. Massage is the art of manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance function, aid in the healing process and promote relaxation and well-being.
Massage involves manipulating the body with pressure and targets tissue areas including muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, skin and joints or other connective tissue as well as lymphatic vessels or organs of the gastrointestinal system.
Hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms and feet can be used in the application of massage, as well as mechanical aids. Massage can be carried out in a professional setting by a massage therapist but can also be practiced in the home.

Directions: Apply Hitto liberally to muscles with small circular motions. Do not rise off. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Avoid contact with eyes & mucus membranes, and exposure to the sun when using this product.
