How do I figure sales tax?

Sales tax is based retail location. To get an updated list of sales tax rates for Utah Cities

For all other states, visit your state tax commission website for an updated list of tax rates per city.

Do I get a discount on Trial sizes?

Yes, Sales Reps always receive a 50% discount on all trial sizes.  

Who does the customer make a check payable to?

All checks need to be made out to Ojaván.

Can I take credit card payments?

Yes, Ojaván products can process credit cards for you. Make sure you have also added in tax and shipping.

How do I submit an order?

An order can be placed directly to Ojaván headquarters by phone 801-392-5896 or email customerservice@ojavanproducts.com by either the Sales Rep or Wholesale Partner.

Where do I find Order Forms, Product Cards, Product Information, Product Code list, Logos, & Brochures?

At the bottom of ojavanproducts.com there is a collaterals tab. Forms and Collaterals for Ojaván are located within this tab. Print as needed.

Will there be a starter kit available?
Yes, Ojaván Products has three different starter kits to choose form. to choose which starter kit will best suite you.
