What’s the difference between Ojaván mud and normal mud that I find in my garden?

The main difference is 250 million years of natural mineral enrichment within the mud. Ojaván mud is also free from any toxins or environmental pollutants and is harvested by hand.

Can anyone use mineral mud?

Yes, mineral mud is suitable for all skin types.

When I applied mineral mud I felt a tingling sensation on my skin, is that normal?

Yes, a slight tingling sensation is normal and will subside quickly, if it continues or is too strong remove product immediately. this sensation is cause by the trace minerals cleansing the pours.

Where is the best place to store my product?

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep the container closed when not in use.

How long does mineral mud last for?

Mineral mud is best when used within 60 days of opening. If needed add water to rehydrate.

Should I use other products on my skin after using mineral mud?

we recommend using only Ojaván products, to maintain the purity. If moisturizer is needed apply Pamea Poan facial moisturizer or hand and body cream. After frequent use the need for moisturizer will decrease.

Once in a great while I find a small stone in my face mud, why is that?

Because Ojaván Mineral Mud is 100% natural and organic, we don't wash and screen it (that would reduce its natural organic properties). Therefore every now and then a small stone or other natural occurring item may find its way into a jar. They are not harmful and we don't mind if you keep them for yourself.
