Why does Pamea Poan tingle?

Yes, a slight tingling sensation is normal and will subside quickly, if it continues or is too strong remove product immediately. This sensation is cause by the trace minerals cleansing the pours.

Is heat bad for these products?

Yes, because of the high organic content in our product heat exceeding 78 degrees Fahrenheit can cause the products to separate and break down faster. Avoid leaving the products in heat for long periods of time and direct sunlight.

Sometimes I don't feel cold or hot when I use the Rx muscle repair?

This is normal. Different muscle groups and injuries need different treatments of cold, hot, or both. When you feel neither cold or hot that is because both are happening simultaneously. If you would like to increase the cold or heat sensation, simply apply either a ice pack or heat pad. This will force a cold or heat treatment.
